Güçsan founded in 1967 by Zihni Özcan as a toolmaker and started to produce plastic parts in 1976 as a family owned company.
During 80’s and 90’s main customers were local OEM’s in automotive, white goods and electrical component sectors.
In 2003, Güçsan moved to its current location; that has a closed area of 12,000 m2 in Gebze by increasing its capacity and quality management system was established and following certificates were achieved IATF 16949, ISO 140001, ISO 18001 in the following years and Q1 was received. Different OEM cultures were adapted and Güçsan became a global supplier for auto industry exporting plastic components to EU, Brazil, Russia, South Africa, Japan, USA and also China.

Güçsan main activities are interior, exterior, welded, assembled and cleanroom plastic parts for the automotive industry. In-house tooling is an advantage of Güçsan with more than 53 years experiment. Good project management, close communication, proactive approach, ownership are some of the strong sides of Güçsan that were also awarded by the customers.
Second expansion was done in 2013 increasing the closed area to 20,000 m2. Today Güçsan has 80 injection molding machines ranging from 15T-1500T serving for the auto industry directly to OEM’s (Toyota, Ford, Mercedes-Benz, Otokar, MAN ) and Tier2’s ( Mann+Hummel, Yazaki, TI Automotive, Cummins Filtration, Boshoku  etc.)
In 2015, tool shop moved to its new building and 13,000 m2 land was invested.

Construction of  our 4th production facility has been completed and started mass production since Dec,2018.
Our aim is not only increase our capacity with this new facility but also serve our customers with new technologies as a solution partner.
